Whether you’re trying to conceive, navigating pregnancy, or adjusting to life after birth, therapy can be a safe and supportive place to land.

I specialize in working with women through the emotional complexities of fertility challenges, pregnancy, and the postpartum period. These transitions often bring up unexpected thoughts and feelings, even when sincerely wanted or long-awaited.

Individual Therapy for Women offers one-on-one therapy virtually, helping women navigate the emotional ups and downs of this season of life. Together, we’ll create space to process, reflect, and heal in a way that honors your unique experience. You don’t have to go through it alone. Let me take this journey with you.

My specialties are as follows:

Fertility & Trying to Conceive: Struggling to conceive, facing infertility, or going through IUI/IVF can be incredibly isolating and emotionally taxing. I offer compassionate, nonjudgmental support for the grief, anxiety, and uncertainty that so often accompany this journey.

Pregnancy Support: Pregnancy can bring emotions – joy, fear, sadness, excitement, and even guilt or disconnection. Whether this is your first pregnancy or one of many, we can work through your feelings and help you stay grounded during this life-changing time.

Postpartum Mental Health:
Becoming a mother is a significant identity shift, and it often doesn’t feel the way we expected. I support women dealing with postpartum anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, birth trauma, and the emotional rollercoaster of new motherhood. This is a space to be honest, supported, and heard without judgment.

Grief, Loss & Miscarriage:
If you’ve experienced pregnancy loss or stillbirth, you are not alone. Your grief is real and valid. I provide a safe space to process your loss, honor your experience, and begin to heal in your own time.
