It all feels like too much.

You’ve been in a downward spiral for so long that finding your way out feels impossible.

Just getting through each day takes all the energy you have.

And sometimes, you think it might be easier just to give up entirely.

Lily* is struggling. She had her first daughter six months ago and rushed back to work after only four weeks to save her company from finding a replacement. But, ever since returning, she’s been having terrible anxiety. She finds herself lost in thought, imagining horrible things happening to her daughter while Lily is off at work. During the most recent episode, she broke down sobbing at her desk and was sent home. She feels like a failure as an employee and as a mom.

Neil* is having trouble. He recently began college and is struggling in school for the first time in his life. Academics had always come easily to him, and he made it through high school without breaking a sweat. But now, he’s failing multiple classes and will likely lose his academic scholarship. He hates the idea of asking his parents for tuition. Neil is the first in his family to attend college, and he is terrified of letting them down. He wants to prove he can handle this independently but isn’t sure how.

Alexandra* is stretched too thin. Last month, her twins were born prematurely, and they’ve been in NICU ever since. She already has a three-year-old girl at home, and Alexandra worries that her daughter is feeling neglected by adding these two new babies. Now, her maternity leave is ending, and she needs to return to her job, but she doesn’t know how she can possibly find time for everything she needs to do. She isn’t sleeping, has begun forgetting things, and is always irritable. Something needs to change.

Marissa* is uninspired. She spends most of her time sitting alone in her room, endlessly scrolling social media. She sees posts of her friends and classmates having fun, enjoying school, starting their careers, and finding partners. Meanwhile, she’s stuck in place. She wonders why others seem to get by easily while it’s difficult for her. What is wrong with me? she asks herself again and again. Every day, her world seems to get a little smaller, and she’s worried it will never stop shrinking.

Hi, I’m Jeigh.

And I love walking beside people as they learn to trust, believe, and rediscover their true selves.

In our sessions, we find answers to the tough questions that give you insights into who you are and how your thoughts impact your daily life.

Let’s work together to create a step-by-step plan to help you take control of your life and achieve the goals you’ve always dreamed of.

Lily

Lily found me through a friend and decided therapy was what she was missing. She appreciated that although we walked through questions to get to know each other in the first session, we also stopped and practiced some deep breathing and grounding techniques. She told me she uses them daily at work and notices significantly lower anxiety.

Neil’s parents reached out to interview me before giving him my number. Since he was in his final year of college, they noticed he stopped coming home on weekends to stay at school and study. He was also reporting a lot of headaches. Neil was motivated and open after spending the first appointment looking at the thoughts getting in the way of his success and some action steps to recognize and shift them. Once we understood where the thoughts came into his day, we worked to build up confidence, stress-relieving activities, and study skills. He has been reporting positive impacts on grades, less stress, and fewer headaches.

Alexandra

Alexandra called, and the pressure was palpable. After finding available support and reminding her that the help was only temporary, her husband lined up to help with childcare, housecleaning, and meal prep. This allowed Alexandra to focus more on the babies and opened some small spots for her to focus on her basic needs before returning to work.

Marissa reached out and committed to looking at the patterns that were not working in her life. She started to see spaces for connection and fun when she stopped comparing herself to social media. She took a month off social media and focused on building herself up by going to school functions, eating in the cafeteria, and inviting friends to join her. By the end of that month, she noticed a significant difference and realized what her first signs of depression were so she could use them as cues to take care of herself before there was a bigger shift.
